  • WHAT TYPE OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE?

    Gildan Softstyle shirts are used for all order unless another brand is requested. Gildan Brand is used for hoodies and sweatshirts as well. Gildan is limited in colors for toddlers and babies and when necessary another brand (Rabbit Skins, Bella Canvas, etc.) will be used. We have access to all brand shirts.

  • WHERE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

    We prefer you place your order on our website (www.mbdtyler.com), but you are welcome to send us a TEXT at (903)-283-6834, or send us an email at madebydesigntyler21@gmail.com.

  • WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

    The turnaround varies. It is not to exceed 10 business days. Please keep in mind that most custom orders take time. Depending on the shipping you chose, please allow the shipping time as well. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for orders of 30 or more.

    Please note orders are not started until FULL PAYMENT has been received.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    All custom items are non-refundable. If there is an error and Made by Design - Tyler is at fault, error will be fixed at no charge. Please double check orders for spelling errors and custom details when mock-up is received. Items will not be refunded for size.

  • PAYMENT POLICY

    Payments to Made by Design - Tyler are accepted via cash, check, CashApp ($mbdtyler), online, or invoice. If you need a rush order, an additional $25.00+ fee will be charged (fee could be higher depending on the order). ​

    ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL after the mock-up approval for the order to be started. Order completion will be NO MORE THAN 10 business days AFTER payment is received.

    You may request the approved design to be placed on a tee shirt for digital marketing purposes at a charge of $10.00. Any unique artwork generated by Made by Design belongs to the purchaser when payment in full is received. Made by Design agrees to not sell or reproduce any ORIGINAL content.​ ​

    ​There will be a $40 reprocessing fee for any and all returned funds + plus any accrued bank fees.

  • Do you deliver orders?

    There will be a $15.00 delivery charge for all orders delivered within the Tyler Area (Tyler, Flint, Lindale, Bullard, Whitehouse), There will be a $25.00 delivery charge for orders delivered in the Longview/Kilgore area. There will be a $50 delivery charge for orders delivered in the Dallas Area.
